The iconic statue of a Fearless Girl proudly standing on Wall Street, New York, heads to the NFT space. The well-known bronze statue by Kristen Visbal was introduced to the world in 2017 on International Women’s Day. In addition, this art piece became a feature for questions on gender equality, equal pay, and more.
Currently, Kristen Visbal aims to carry on these conversations with an exclusive NFT series with physical and digital utility. Cooperating with digital art house 9ifx.com, the pair created a one of a kind and creative series which concentrates on the core issues of Fearless Girl. Highly, the NFT series wants to highlight Visbal’s fight for her rights over the initial work.
“Fearless Girl is a symbol of the call for gender equality in the workplace, and millions of people see her every day,” said Kristen, creator of “Fearless Girl.” Now that she steeped into the virtual world, women all over the country and around the world can carry their fearless girl with them daily.
How will the Fearless Girl NFT series work?
The NFT series, “Superstar Drop: Free Fearless Girl”, is a series which consists of 226 NFTs. Besides, there are three tiers in the NFT series, which imagines the heroic girl as a universal being emerging from celestial matter.
• 1 includes an NFT short film with a complete physical statue.
• 2 NFT video of a fiery, Fearless Girl with a 22-inch bronze miniature.
• 3 Multiple trading cards showing Fearless Girl with a moving background.
Ultimately, the initial drop will launch on May 10th on OpenSea. Tier Three and Tier One will be available later in May as well. There is a whitelist for the NFT series, so you should register on the Fearless Girl website.
