Mars Inc., the world’s largest chocolate manufacturer, has registered for a trademark for “SNICKERS” in the metaverse and non-fungible tokens.

Michael Kondoudis, a trademark attorney, tweeted the news.

On June 13, the application was submitted with the USPTO. The brand wants to provide via the mark.

NFTs, as well as other digital tokens based on blockchain technology;

Chocolate, confectionery, frozen confectionery, candy and chewing gum, nibbles, and virtual drinks are examples of virtual products.

Services provided by an online retail business with virtual items;

Virtual storefronts offering virtual merchandise, virtual art, and avatars for usage in virtual worlds.

M&M’s trademark

Mars Inc., on the other hand, has re-filed an NFT trademark application for its well-known M&M’s brand.
On June 24, trademark attorney Michael Kondoudis tweeted the news.
According to his tweet, the trademark application is aimed for NFTs, digital tokens, virtual candies, and Snickers.
