It was a difficult month for Takashi Murakami. The renowned artist released his NFT series named Murakami.Flowers in March. Actually, it was a long-awaited drop, and the NFTs were introduced as rare.
Two months after the release, the NFT community accused Takashi Murakami of sniping his own NFTs. To explain, some collectors said that Takashi raised the price of the series to create more fuss around the drop. The artist did not comment on the allegations.
