Anthony Hopkins adopts Ethereum’s name, asks Snoop Dogg about NFTs

One of the first Hollywood stars to join NFT was Anthony Hopkins. The actor has disclosed his Ethereum Moniker Service (ENS) alias and requested artistic suggestions.

Oscar-winner Today, Anthony Hopkins changed his Twitter username to AHopkins. Jimmy Fallon has embraced this regular NFT and crypto maneuver.

Hopkins updated his Twitter profile and solicited NFT artwork suggestions from Fallon, Snoop Dogg, and Reese Witherspoon.

“I’m astonished by all the great NFT artists. Jumping in to acquire my first piece, any recommendations?” He tweeted about the three famous people.

“I love your pondering photo. There [are] a bunch of great artists out there and it’s a fun community in general. But, as the great Aaron Neville once said ‘I don’t know much – but I know I love you.’ And that may be all you need to know. DM me.”

Hopkins’ tweet generated a large number of responses. Twitter users are happy to see another prominent actor study NFTs, but crypto skeptics attack or abuse him for his interest.

NFTs symbolize digital things like artwork, collectibles, and video game objects. Both established and emerging filmmakers and musicians are employing NFT technology.

Last year, the film “Zero Contact” by Hopkins was released via the NFT platform Vuele. Vuele bundles films with behind-the-scenes footage and Q&As.

In May, AHopkins.eth was acquired, but its wallet has not yet purchased any NFTs. Since Hopkins tweeted the wallet’s address, random users have sent it NFT photos, as is typical with celebrity and brand wallets.

Bored Ape Yacht Club and other NFT photos are owned by Snoop Dogg. He has also released NFTs with The Sandbox and the inventor of Nyan Cat. Snoop Dogg has also claimed to be Cozomo de’ Medici, an NFT collector.
